Flexible Outpatient Schedule – Enjoy a stable 4/10s or 5/8s schedule with no hospital call requirements.
Strong Earning Potential – $335,000 2-year guaranteed base salary with a productivity bonus.
Robust Benefits & Incentives – $40,000 commencement and relocation bonus, 160 hours of annual PTO, quality-based bonuses, and comprehensive healthcare coverage.
Professional Growth Support – $5,000 for CME, 40 hours for CME, and reimbursement for licenses, certifications, and professional fees.
