Flexible Practice Model – Bingham Healthcare is seeking OBGYN physicians to join our innovative, collaborative practice model that balances work-life flexibility with financial stability and professional fulfillment. This is a unique opportunity with a supportive team providing high-quality, evidence-based obstetric and gynecological care in a rural setting while maintaining control over their schedule and earning potential.

Why Join Our Model and Team? Defined Work Structure with Flexibility – Enjoy one week of combined call and clinic (7 days total every 4 weeks), providing OB care and deliveries (facility has an average of 30 deliveries per month), while having the remaining three weeks completely flexible to conduct part-time or full-time (or no time) GYN and women’s health services.

Financial Security and Flexibility – Base salary of $250,000 for Call and Obstetrics Clinic, with additional earnings based on productivity for GYN and women’s health services. In a community of 50,000 people, there is a significant earning opportunity for GYN surgery practice. Market conditions make earning potential very high on GYN surgery and women’s health clinic, with hospital providing an income guarantee for the two years of establishing GYN practice. And with complete flexibility on the remainder of the month, you can work as much or as little as you would like
