I like SE Idaho for the outdoor opportunities. The mountains are close and beautiful. Within 20-30 minutes, you can be completely by yourself on a mountain trail. I love mountain biking and we have amazing and uncrowded trails. I also love backcountry skiing and the mountains are perfect for that. I love working at Bingham mostly because of the people. It’s nice to have people around you that care about the patients and are willing to help give exceptional care.

My wife and I wanted mountains, nature, and a great place to raise our kids. South East Idaho provided all three!

I love working in Southeast Idaho because it allows me to see both rural and urban populations. One moment I will be taking care of an owner of a company, and the next I will be taking care of the local farmer. All have great qualities and I am glad to call them friends and neighbors. My wife and I love living here because it provides us a safe place to raise our kids and allows them to get out and explore the world as they grow and learn. My wife and I are of a small-town mindset at heart and love that there is plenty to do for entertainment and recreation while not having the hustle and bustle of a big city.
