Compensation and Benefits
- Strong Earning Potential with a $335,000 guaranteed base salary for two years plus a productivity bonus
- Robust Benefits and Incentives including a $40,000 commencement and relocation bonus, 160 hours of annual PTO, quality-based bonuses, and comprehensive healthcare coverage
- Professional Growth Support with $5,000 for CME, 40 hours of CME time, and reimbursement for licenses, certifications, and professional fees
