This role is built for OB/GYN physicians seeking a structured, predictable call model within a mission-driven rural hospital while preserving the autonomy to build a GYN practice that fits their lifestyle.
About the Role
- OB Weeks include five days of clinic plus seven days of full Labor and Delivery call coverage, averaging about 30 deliveries per month.
- Call Coverage includes deliveries, ER consultations, and C-sections during your assigned OB week.
- GYN and Women's Health Flexibility allows the remaining three weeks to focus on GYN clinic, women's health services, and surgery.
